Year 6 have lots of exciting things planned for the summer term including: the trip to London; leavers assembly; prom and even a show. Our project this term is WW2 and we will hopefully be visiting the Bomber Command Centre. In English we will be looking at some brilliant texts such as: Wonder and Letters from a lighthouse. We are looking forward to seeing the Year 6's thrive in their last term of Primary School.

In English this term we will be reading some fantastic new books such as, A Walk in London, The London Eye Mystery and The Arrival. As a result of reading them, we will be doing some great writing of genres like: diaries, newspaper articles, narratives and letters.
In English this term we have been reading some fantastic new books such as, A Walk in London, Mary and Frankenstein, The Arrival and The Snowman's Journey. We've written non- chronological reports about famous London landmarks, story openings linked to Frankenstein, as well as letters, persuasive adverts and a poem.
We can't wait to see what books we have in store next term!
